  1. I do agree with your interpretation of the Lovers. Thank you too for sharing some of yourself with us. I could sense your experience made a big, positive impact on you.

As I colored the card I thought about what other meanings it might have. My mind kept going back to the story of Adam and Eve and so I feel this is also a card about Choices. We make choices every day. Some good and others not so much. Look at what Adam and Eve’s choices brought about for them, although it was not all bad. I began to look at other items in the picture. A brightly shining sun, blue sky, clouds and a mountain. So, what that says to me is that even if we make a wrong choice the sun still shines, the sky is still blue over the clouds and the mountain tells me nothing is insurmountable. The Choices we make may be about a romantic partner, a business partnership or a friendship. I look forward to hearing what others feel the card means.

  2. Hello! I just wanted to share that I’m FINALLY caught up with you on my tarot journal journey! I’ve been following the course since the beginning, but didn’t have the time to really delve in, reflect, and journal. I’m so happy that you’re sharing this course with us. I’ve had an interest in tarot ever since my aunt gave me her Rider deck when I was six years old, but have never taken the time to acquaint myself with the deck until now. Thank you, Afura!

    1. Haha, fortunately, these lessons are chucking along pretty slowly! I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying the material, and that you were able to really take the time to get into the journaling! That’s amazing that you’ve had a deck for so long. I really only just discovered Tarot a few years ago, and wanted to learn everything I could about it! Thanks for stopping by to share your journey! Blessings!
